4.What is the difference between Wish List and Shopping Cart?

Wish List is parking the products in a place, to purchase it on a later stage. This saves time and trouble of searching for the product again on the site. It also serves as a reminder to you for future purchases. The Wish List comes really handy for you on Birthday, Anniversary or any other occasions that are coming up. Your Wish List will hold your list of items until you are ready to purchase them. This feature is available anytime, anywhere, by using your login id and password and is excellent for those who are frequent buyers.

Your Shopping Cart contains your current selections you have chosen with the "Buy Now" feature. With Shopping Cart you would normally go all the way through to the check-out point and make payment. There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Jewelsofada.com. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

7.How do I pay using a Credit card?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit cards issued in India. To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D Secure password.

8.How do I pay using a Debit card?

We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.

My Orders

10.How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Jewelsofada will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

11.How much time is the delivery time?

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5-7 working days from the order date.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your orders completely within 10 days from the order date, however, in the event of an item being out of stock we will have to made to ordera new one. As each piece is handmade it might take a little longer. If you don’t want to wait, we offer a refund for this piece. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.

12.Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Yes, you can order a product that is ‘Out Of Stock’.Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale immediately. However, we have designs which are best selling and may not be available immediately. Such designs are available as Made to Order. You can order whatever quantities you like from our Made to Order pieces which are clearly marked. Usually the time taken to manufacture Made to Orderpieces will take 15-20 days.

13.How can I order “Made to Order”products/ designs?

Once you click on to “Made To Order” feature on the product page, it will lead you to Contact Us page. On the contact us page fill in your details and the exact requirement about the product. The customer service team will get in touch within 24 hrs via email or contact number provided by you.

14.How do I check the current status of my orders?

To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Track Your Order”.

15.Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Each of our products is wrapped in special jewelsofada wrapping paper which looks smart and elegant. There are no special charges for gift wrapping. However, please note that we are obliged to include the invoice, for logistical, legal and octroi/tax reasons.

16.How much are the delivery charges?

We offer FREE Shipping on all the products ordered through jewelsofada.com.

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Therefore, to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

17.How are items packaged?

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition; therefore each product goes through a 100% inspection before it is packed for shipping. When you receive your jewellery from us, it will arrive in a plastic box nicely wrapped with jewelsofada wrapping paper. The plastic box will contain your order in tiny zip lock plastic bag.

18.How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Jewelsofada products are delivered through reputed courier partners (Blue Dart for shipping within India) - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners or on jewelsofada.com under Track You Order Section.

19.How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers (Blue Dart for shipping within India). If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your products via Speedpost.

20.Does Jewelsofada deliver internationally?

Jewelsofada.com doesn't deliver items internationally unless it is bulk order. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.

21.What should be done if I find order has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

If you believe that the products is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 9930092722 or write to info@jewelsofada.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Returns & Refund

22.What is the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee?

We want you to be delighted with the Silver Jewellery you buy from jewelsofada.com, and so if you are not satisfied for any reason simply return your purchase to us insured within 7 working days and we will refund your full purchase price.

You MUST email us BEFORE returning the jewellery to get an authorization. The jewellery should be returned by a similar method it was received i.e. COURIER. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are returned due to them being damaged when you received them.

We will issue a full refund once the goods are received, less our original shipping charges (Rs.250) subject to following conditions –

·Products/Items should be UNUSED.

·Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

·It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.

·In case of damage of goods in transit – the goods will be returned with no refund.

23.How do I get a defective item, ordered on Jewelsofada.com, replaced?

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at info@jewelsofada.com.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

·Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.

·Products/Items should be UNUSED.

·Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.

24.How do I get my money back in case of return?

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by jewelsofada.com. Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of product based on the mode of payment of the order.

·Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

·Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

·For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order

·In case of use of any cash back/ promotion amount that you saved will not be a part of the refund.

·For orders placed through Gift Certificates / Vouchers of jewelsofada.com, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Voucher of the same value (less shipping charges).

25.Why are there varying prices for the same or similar looking design?

Each design that is manufactured by Jewelsofada is "one of a kind" piece of hand-worked Jewellery.Because these pieces are handcrafted, it is impossible for the artists to maintain accurate consistency in quantity of silver, quality of stones and size.

Though you may find similar looking designs available elsewhere but each design may vary in terms of quality of silver, quantity of silver, quality of stones and sizes. These factors determine the price of the design.
